Touch

A few years ago, I read about the power of something we can sometimes take for granted. It can reduce depression, relieve anxiety, strengthen your immune system and on this day, for this Mama, the power of touch from the man she loves was all that she needed.

From the moment I walked into the room, till the moment I left. This Father remained connected at all times to her, massaging her shoulders, caressing her hand, running his fingers down her arm while reminding her she can do it.

Her smile while holding her first son in her arms was of pure joy, welcoming in with touch of love.
